After leaving school in 1983 Martin took a job at a local window joinery shop aged 16. After completing his trade as a joiner Martin become self-employed at the age of 19 sub-contracting to larger companies offering a labour only service installing windows and doors. As Martins business excelled, he began to offer a supply and fit service and has not looked back.
